Coherence Coaching is a guided, skills-based coaching experience designed to help you build nervous system awareness, strengthen your self-regulation capacity, and integrate somatic education into real life—without overwhelm, jargon, or pressure to “fix yourself.”
Together we practice gentle, practical tools that support body-based clarity, inner steadiness, and daily coherence—through guided somatic & nutritive awareness, interoception, breath, posture, movement, grounding skills, and supportive routines.
This is coaching + education, not therapy. It’s for people who want consistent practice, structure, and support as they build a more regulated relationship with their body and life.
Resonant Reflection’s “True Hue” Business Consulting is for practitioners and wellness founders who are done performing for a algorithm, done copying templates that don’t fit, and ready to build and/or reinvigorate a business that feels like them—with messaging that resonates, systems that support the realization of a dream, and business rhythms and rituals that don’t require you to betray your core values as a owner.
My consulting strategy month includes weekly, if not daily 1:1 sessions based on our aligned SOW, between-session support that provides clarity, direction and momentum , and a customized solutions for your offering and your intention. Whether we’re working through branding, sales & marketing strategy, or operational infrastructure my intended result is business momentum that is sustainable and built on integrity driving the business forward while staying true to it’s most nourishing roots.
Please note, True Hue Consulting starts at monthly retainer of $2,500 and a contractual Agreement that aligns with our SOW. By purchasing, your are investing in our first strategy session that acts as a Deposit towards your first months payment.
