I founded Resonance Media to offer insights into information, experiences, and practices that support meaningful integration across all domains of living, to foster growth in how we all can come into better contact with flourishing.

Fifteen years at the intersection of perception, physical performance, and human physiology have taught me a lot about the ways in which we can unknowingly be the creators of friction in our lives.
Sometimes that friction can be found in the body.
Other times, it can be found in how we hold and create steward the relationships we surround ourselves with.
My work is an answering to a call to explore ways in which we all can better perceive friction and grasp the conditions by which we, as individuals, can flourish in our own life while supporting others to flourish in their own.
Through somatic inquiry, interdisciplinary education, creative observation, and cultivating a lived practice in answering our individual calls, we all can uncover how we can loving create space for the more adaptive, meaningful, and life-giving possibilities of our lives to emerge.
