This work is designed to be simple, repeatable, and integrative.

  • Breath practices (gentle, titrated, choice-based)

  • Posture + orienting (signals of safety and steadiness)

  • Movement + micro-movements for regulation and completion

  • Grounding skills for presence, stability, and focus

  • Stress management tools you can apply immediately

  • Education about stress physiology (what’s happening in the body and why it matters)

  • Coaching around habits, routines, and resilience

  • Nutritive grounding practices that may support balance (sleep rhythm, hydration, nourishment routines, sunlight, restorative rest, nervous system-friendly pacing)

How it works

Coherence Coaching is 1:1 Coaching

Coherence Coaching is offered in a private container so your process can be tailored to your body, pace, and goals.

A typical session includes:

  1. Quick check-in + intention (what matters today)

  2. Guided somatic practice (interoception, breath, posture, movement, grounding)

  3. Integration coaching (how to apply this in your week)

  4. A simple home practice plan (short, doable, sustainable)

Between sessions you’ll practice a few minutes per day using your personalized tools.
