Nutritive grounding practices that may support balance (sleep rhythm, hydration, nourishment routines, sunlight, restorative rest, nervous system-friendly pacing)

Coherence Coaching is offered in a private container so your process can be tailored to your body, pace, and goals.
A typical session includes:
Quick check-in + intention (what matters today)
Guided somatic practice (interoception, breath, posture, movement, grounding)
Integration coaching (how to apply this in your week)
A simple home practice plan (short, doable, sustainable)
Between sessions you’ll practice a few minutes per day using your personalized tools.
