I have worked for over 15 years at the intersection of perception, performance, and physiology—helping people , practitioners, and large enterprise level organizations restore coherence when something feels “stuck.”
My background is not linear, but it is deeply and holistically integrated:
Photography trained me to see what most people miss: pattern, contrast, tension, timing, and the story happening in the negative space. A camera is a discipline of attention. Over time, it becomes a way of thinking—how to frame reality, how to find signal inside noise, and how to translate something invisible into something actionable.
A decade in enterprise sales, B2B business development, and Clinical Education trained me to navigate complexity: stakeholders, incentives, organizational friction, and systems that look functional on paper while quietly leaking energy in execution. I learned how revenue actually moves (or stalls), where trust breaks down, and how small misalignments compound into large outcomes.
A robust scientific and methodological foundation keeps my work grounded. I don’t guess—I observe, test, measure, iterate, and refine. I’m passionate about mechanisms: what creates stability, what creates volatility, and what creates sustainable change.
A Philosophy of Being - as a practicing yoga practitioner, embodiment, presence, and nervous-system alignment are not concepts, but a lived, daily, experiences of finding space in a world of pressure..
